The Advanced Recycling Fee (ARF) is not yet in place. When the fee is established consumers will pay it when they buy a new electronic product. It will finance the eWASA organisation, the maintaining of the collection points, the transport costs, as well as the recycling of materials which wouldn't be profitable without additional funding.
